Slewing Gear Description
The slewing drive is made up of an envelop worm, gear, house etc. Compact worm rotary drives are characterized by their high power density. The worm gear teeth ensure torque transmission to the slewing ring. This design is especially suitable for applications requiring high torque and limited installation space, such as steering gears on crane chassis, other heavy vehicles, loading cranes or agricultural machines. Application
